Purchased by the present owners in September 2005, the property has undergone total refurbishment, both externally and internally, and now offers 21st century facilities within the original stone building.
Ideally placed for exploring the Lake District National Park, the Hotel Derwent Lodge is also just over one mile from the market town of Keswick and directly outside the front gate of Derwentwater Marina, which offers a range of water-sports.

By Car:
- Take the M6.
- Exit at junction 40.
- Take A66 westbound.
- After 16 miles, continue straight across Keswick roundabout.
- Take the second left after the roundabout, signposted Portinscale and Grange.
- The is approx 3/4 mile further along on the right-hand side, opposite Derwentwater Marina.
There is plentiful parking within the grounds for all guests’ cars, as well as provision for cycles. Locked overnight cycle storage can be made available.
