Please bring your own towels if possible; otherwise we charge EUR 4 per set. For final cleaning we charge EUR 28.
A deposit of EUR 100 is payable to the Apartments Ferienwohnungen und Berlin Zentrum on arrival.
Please note that 20% of the booking fee should be transferred to the Apartments Ferienwohnungen und Berlin Zentrum within 7 days of making the booking. The Apartments Ferienwohnungen und Berlin Zentrum will provide the appropriate details after the booking has been made.
Cancellation conditions only apply to nights on which the cancelled property cannot be re-let. If a customer can be found for the entire duration of your planned stay, you need only pay an administration fee of EUR 20.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 100.00 will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 20.00 per stay for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire Apartments Ferienwohnungen und Berlin Zentrum and is free of charge.
