At the end of May 2008 the End The West Hotel completed its refurbishment, which included each of the 10 rooms, the bar area, foyer, self-catering kitchen and lounge, featuring free internet access. The hotel’s old-style high ceilings and bay windows combine perfectly with the modern clean-line furnishings and warm plum and chocolate décor.

By Air:
The is approximately 10 km from Edinburgh Airport. Taxis are readily available from just outside the airport or you can take advantage of the hotel’s excellent public transport links. The bus ride from the airport to the takes about 20 minutes.

Additional Cancellation Policy (Exclusions):
Please note that different cancellations policies apply for bookings made for certain periods. During the periods specified below, cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks before the date of arrival. In the event of a no-show, change or later cancellation in breach of this policy, the End The West Hotel will charge an amount equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the booking as cancellation or no-show charge. All periods are inclusive of start and finish dates.

Group Bookings:
Please note that if you are a group of 8 or more people, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance as a group (not individually) and leave a GBP 25 security bond, per person, on arrival.
This bond will be only be returned on departure after an inspection of the room/s by a End The West Hotel staff member. Please note that you should allow time for your room to be checked on departure, as this can take up to 15 minutes.
If the End The West Hotel requires any damages to be inspected by the owner, bonds will be kept and returned to you at a later date, once a price has been determined for the damage.
Upon arrival at the End The West Hotel your group will be asked to read through an introduction letter which lists potential damage and penalty charges, which includes disturbance of other residents.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
