You get the motorboat number 1 or 52 or 82 to the Venice railway station Santa Lucia (ferrovia), which is the next stop, it takes you about 1 minute. You get off at the railway station and then you reach Zecchini walking, you do not have to cross any bridge, just get the first large street on the right, Lista di Spagna, walk straight on about 1 minute and then you easily find Zecchini on the left side of the street at the number 152.
From the Venice cruise terminal in Piazzale Roma:
Cruise companies usually offer their guests free transfers from the ships to Venice bus and car parking in Piazzale Roma, it takes you about 1 minute by shuttle bus or 5 minutes walking. Then from Piazzale Roma follow as described above.
From the Venice Marco Polo airport:
You get bus number 5 to the Venice bus terminal Piazzale Roma, it takes you about 25 minutes. Follow as described above.
From the Treviso San Giuseppe airport:
You get the direct bus to the Venice bus terminal Piazzale Roma, it takes you about 45 minutes. From there as described above.
