Important informationLate check-in fees: We are happy to meet for check-in and hand-over of keys at any hour of the day. However, we kindly ask you to understand that we charge for late check-in. This fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival; €30 after 20:30 and €50 after midnight.
Note: During your stay with us, we provide 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 3 towels per guest (1 large, 1 medium and 1 small), shampoo, soap, body wash, all necessary bed linens and 1 kitchen towel. Upon request, we can provide an extra cleaning and/or fresh towels and linens throughout your stay for an extra fee.
Early check-in/Late check-out: You can request early check-in and/or late check-out upon availability for an extra fee.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT KEYS: - In case of loss of keys we will ask you to pay €100 in order to substitute the key. - If we have to change the lock on the door we will ask you to pay the bill, which may vary on the date and time, between €250 and €500. - We remind guests to NEVER leave the keys inside the lock, as you will not be able to enter the apartment. In this case, we would need to call the locksmith who will charge €250/€500 depending on time and date.At Elegant Design Retreat by Campo de Fiori, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
