Exceptional staff, especially Tekla and Sylvia, were warm, friendly, and gave excellent recommendations while accommodating early check-in and late check-out requests. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, spa bath, complimentary Prosecco, and noise was completely neutralized when windows were closed. The historic building was over 500 years old with charming character in the best street in Rome close to main sites and great restaurants. Breakfast had a great choice at a nearby restaurant.
