Nice place near Termini station, 2-3 min walk. Rooms with balcony, clean and comfy. Shared bathroom kept clean. Host friendly, helpful. Wi-fi good, a/c works well. Close to bus stops and main attractions like Colosseum about 20 min walk. Felt safe in the neighborhood even if some say sketchy at night. Overall good location and stay.
